Latest build is 1063 or 1064? / Exception with Build 1063

As announced, the latest build should be 1064, but I found only 1063 in the drop box.

 

Build 1063 throws an exception each time, I click a menu item:

Sorry. I paused the Dropbox syncyng. The 1063 build was for internal testing. Please use the 1064 instead (on the way)
