Mammut Posted February 18, 2014 Report Posted February 18, 2014 Let's say, I have an image in full screen mode, and I zoomed it to the original size with the / key. Now I can navigate the image with the arrow keys. But every time I navigate, Daminion re-render the image, you can see that there is a blurred image for 1 sec, and after that there is the rendered image again. Is there a way to avoid this, to keep the already rendered image in buffer and move that instead of redraw the image again and again? So you get a continuous quality without that blurry distraction? But seriously, I think a better buffer management could be a really big step in the performance of Daminion's full screen viewer. 1 Quote

Cactus Posted February 22, 2014 Report Posted February 22, 2014 Agree. Current behavior of zooming images is bad. Speed and blurring... I'm trying to not use zoom and to use it only as cataloguer. Quote
