My fathers Home-Office Laptop is not able to connect to Daminion. the Computer is registered in the Domain for the Company, he uses his user credentials, he always uses in the office. and the domain name stands in front of the username. When I try to connect to Daminion by using Daminion Client Software I get the message "invalid User Data". But they are working, when I'm doing the same with my user credentials or the ones of my mother the admin or the guest account i get the same error. All this users are working on my mothers and my machine as well as on the server. I can use this laptop to access the network shares from the server, I can find all network sources, printers, etc. there are no problems. I even open the firewall settings and allowed daminion in all 3 networks (domain, public and home) it was selected only for public. than I created rules for "Daminion.exe" and "PicaJet.Daminion.Downloader" both for incoming and outbound traffic.
