I've never had problems performing an upgrade before but this time I can't get the server to start. A screen grab of the error is attached. Need help! I can't do without Daminion now. I'm addicted to it. :)

 

BTW, Trend Micro Internet Security seems to have started blocking the Daminion programs from being installed. I had to turn off my Trend program beforeDaminion would install.

You have access rights issue. Based on your screenshot your Daminion Server service has been launched under the LocalSystem account that has some permission issues.

 

 

You can give me a remote access so I can take a look at the issue more closer.

Windows Remote Assistance also requires to provide us with your password to establish a remote connection.

 

Team Viewer was much better and easier. Thanks again for your help. Amazing support. :drinks:
