Previously, I used the local catalog on a laptop to temporarily catalog and already tag photos during a trip. Back home, I then imported the photos into my main catalog and deleted both the photos and the local catalog on the laptop. If this option should no longer exist, then I would have to use another program to already tag the photos during the trip, for example, with keywords, title and description, etc. Now I don't know the details of the Daminion license terms. An alternative could be to install Daminion Server with the same license number on two computers, but not use it at the same time. Note the different port numbers for the PostgreSQL DB and Daminion on the laptop. Or also the use of Daminion Server on the second computer without license number with certain function restrictions and/or limitation of the number of files per catalog etc. Are there already reliable statements and ideas from Daminion?
