[Solved] 1582 - Auto Import Folder

Hello,

if I copy a file (by Total Commander - TC) to the "Auto Import Folder" it will be immediately moved to the "Upload Folder" defined in the Catalog Settings - this is ok.

But, if I scan a peace of paper (Canon Flatbed Scanner) and the scan is saved as TIF to the "Auto Import Folder" by the scanner software it will not be moved to the "Upload Folder".

I have to copy (by TC) another file to the "Auto Import Folder". Then both files are immediately moved to the "Upload Folder". I'll send a video to you.

Update: the reason seems to be the scanner software "Canon MP Navigator EX 2.1". This software doesn't generate a system event that can be used by Daminion. It works if the file is saved by Photoshop to the "Auto Import Folder".
