GasEngine Posted March 29, 2016 Report Share Posted March 29, 2016 I am using the "Upload files to the server PC" option in the "Choose files to import" dialog. As far as i can see i am not able to import the files into a specific folder i want on my server. This on the other hand makes the folders itself obsolete. Murat Posted March 29, 2016 Report Share Posted March 29, 2016 All uploading files will be stored on a folder that you specified in your Administration panel > Catalogs > Edit > Folder to Store uploaded files. You can additionally specify sub-folder naming rules on your client's Import Window. Unless your admin doesn't lock import settings via Catalog > Import Settings... GasEngine Posted March 29, 2016 Author Report Share Posted March 29, 2016 ok. so using this workflow it would be best to import all assets in a lets say "Inbox" folder and move them into the folder structure after that. because otherwise i need to write down the folder-path, right?
