[Fixed](4.0 2109) Export -> "The file is offline"

Hello,

 

When I go to export any images from my server catalog, I get an error that the file is offline. If I try to open use "Open in Photoshop" under "External Tools", I get a message that says "The file __ is located in a local folder of the server PC and therefore cannot be opened".

 

However, I know that this server is online and the file is working because I can open it in Windows Explorer with no issue.

 

Additionally, the file shows a location of "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Daminion Server Files" under the properties panel, but it should actually be \\ServerName\Daminion

 

Anyone have a solution?

What folder is specified in your Daminion Server Admin panel settings: "Catalogs > Your Catalog > Folder to store uploaded files"?

 

All files that were uploaded to your Daminion Server will be placed in to a folder that is specified there.

 

We can arrange a remote session to check this issue.

Somehow the location of the catalog got switched during the update installation - setting it back fixed the issue. Thanks!
