Problem with .tif and .eps files when create contact sheet

Good morning from Greece.

 

First, when i create a contact sheet with .eps file the program crash.

It can not generate pdf the .eps file, stuck there, i can not cancel it and i close the program from windows task manager.

 

Second, without .eps file.

Generate .pdf file but the .tif file (and all .tif files that i try) is with huge pixels.

Some think happens if i try to print (inside from "create contact sheet") because first generate a .pdf file and then print that file.

Also, all imformations from thumbnails captions there are no.

Can you please send me the eps file(s) which are 100%ly crashed the program. May be this issue is specific to certain EPS files. Unfortunately I can't reproduce it with my EPS files.

 

Did you install the SageThumbs and GhostScript according to this tutorial?
