[Bug Report] Changing User's access level

Issue:

 

- If I attempt to elevate a user access level (eg. Viewer to Editor) the user still remains at the original access level.

- If I delete and recreate the user with the same credentials the problem remains the same.

 

Solution: The only way around this I found was to create a new user with a different credentials.

 

 

I have had this problem occur twice. In both instances the Daminion Server release had been upgraded since the two account were created. The current release is: 3.3.0.1048

Hello,

i have installed the daminion server on a windows machine and i have a problem with assigning a role to a user i get an error "role name not found" (daminion authorisation method). I tried it on server 3.7, 4.0 and on the beta 4.0.0.1263.

Is there a solution?
