Viewer to Editor) the user still remains at the original access level. - If I delete and recreate the user with the same credentials the problem remains the same. Solution: The only way around this I found was to create a new user with a different credentials. I have had this problem occur twice. In both instances the Daminion Server release had been upgraded since the two account were created. mrwang Posted August 3, 2015 Report Share Posted August 3, 2015 Hello, i have installed the daminion server on a windows machine and i have a problem with assigning a role to a user i get an error "role name not found" (daminion authorisation method).
