Export to folders broken?

Hello,

 

I'm trying to export images with the red color label from multiple folders. When I'm exporting I want to keep the name of the folder containing the images. When exporting, I check create sub-folders and use %folder. After the export I get a folder called 'Daminion' and sometimes sub-folders named '1' '2', which are not the names of the folders. To test I exported with %label%folder I get a folder called 'RedDaminion'. Just wondering if something has broken or if I'm doing it wrong...

Could you please describe folder structure or post screenshots with folder structure and export settings.

Here is a test library but does the same.

As you can see, it creates a folder called 'Daminion' and doesn't keep my folder structure.
