Creation Datetime in Thumbnailview not localized

Hello,

 

when I activate the display of "Creating Datetime" in the Thumbnailview it shows:

m/d/yyyy h:mm:ss am/pm

 

Living in germany I would of course prefer the format:

d.mm.yyyy hh:mm

 

The properties window shows the correct localized format.

I would agree that the program should use the computer's localized date and time settings.

 

The properties window does not use my date/time settings either.

I get dd mmm yyyy ,hh:mm:ss

 

My settings would be yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss
