skratchi Posted October 23, 2013 Report Share Posted October 23, 2013 Hello I'm using Daminion Server 1.0.0.875 with PostgreSQL 9.3 on a Windows 2003 Server. Client and Server are working great. Now I like to manage Users and add my first user with admin-role. As soon as I hit create, the window seems to be stuck and I get error "Unable to connect to SQL Server database" twice. No User is created and I still need to login the client with admin/admin. I created a dedicated local user for starting the postgreSQL service. This user has also ntfs rights on the filesystem. Murat Posted October 23, 2013 Report Share Posted October 23, 2013 Alex, did you install a previous PostgreSQL version before installing the PostgreSQL 9.3 version? Can you reproduce the problem with the Daminion 2.0 (905) version? If yes, can you give us a temporary access to your PC via TeamViewer? As our actual instalation is already in use, I'm a bit afraid to install Daminion 2.0 on the same machine. Yes you can connect via TV if you like.
