Can you please launch Daminion from the command line with -log_enable parameter, for example: "c:\Program Files\Daminion Software\Daminion\Daminion.exe" -log_enable Than try to rescan "my documents" folder again, and then after the next crash send me this folder: "C:\Users\CURRENTUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Daminion Software\Daminion\1.0\Logs" Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Murat Posted November 13, 2012 Report Share Posted November 13, 2012 Peter, many thanks for helping us to locate this issue and sending us your MOV file. The program crashed due to an error with MediaInfo.dll library that we use to get metadata from video files. We've updated MediaInfo library to the most recent version that fixed this problem.
