franky68
Hello, I just found a minor issue with the fullpage display/lighttable. When I crop a RAW (NEF) file and update the thumbnail the newly generated thumb looks perfect. However opening the image in the viewer shows the cropped image but with the original dimensions. The image is scaled and stretched if the new aspect ratio is not 2:3 anymore. Are you displaying the embedded JPEG with the dimensions from the RAW? Is it possible to use the JPEG dimensions instead - at least when Daminion is set to use the embedded preview image? Kind regards Frank
Murat
Did you use CNX for cropping?
franky68
Did you use CNX for cropping? Yupp, I always use CNX or VNX for my RAW as they work best with Nikon cameras.
Murat
You are right. I've reproduced the problem with Daminion 344 build and CaptureNX 2. Thank you!
Forraje
I have the same problema: cropped images with Capture NX 2.4.1 and view 1.0.0 Daminion(build 777)
Murat
The bug is existed in our bug-tracking list. It appears when proportions of the cropped image is different than proportions of the original image. For example you have an image in portrait mode, while the cropped image has landscape orientation.
