Murat
Daminion is no tied to any particular version of PostgreSQL. You can update it separately from the Daminion. However, please note that PostgreSQL doesn’t update the existing database. Instead, it creates a new database and new program files. To migrate your Daminion to a new PostgreSQL version you’ll need to: Install the latest Daminion Server version Back up your existing Daminion Server catalog(s) (Admin Panel > Main Menu > Administration > Catalogs > Backup...). If the backup process was finished SUCCESSFULLY without ERRORS then please launch the Services panel, stop the PostgreSQL service and uninstall the existing PostgreSQL from Remove Programs Download and install the latest STABLE PostgreSQL version. Reinstall the Daminion Server again Launch the Admin panel, go to the main menu: Administration > Catalogs > Restore... and restore your catalog(s) from dumps Let us know in case of any problems with migrating to a new PostgreSQL version.
