t.hufmann
I have some EPS files that I tagged with categorys. But they always reappear in "not assigned", no matter what i do. I can't find out why they don't keep their tags. Any advice?
Murat
Do you use the server or the standalone version? In case of the server version do you have active AutoRescan Folders? What Daminion version do you use? Can you record me a brief screencast video using thisor any other screen capture utility that helps me to watch to your actions. t.hufmann
It's the Server Version. I have an Auto-rescan Folder. It's also not immediately that the files revert to their untagged status. In the video you can see in the second part that the file is reverted after some time passed and i restarted the client. The file exceeds the upload limit so i send it via wetransfer: http://we.tl/NA3FoQKt9D
Murat
Thanks for the video. Is the problem there after switching the Auto-Rescan option Off for the root folder (SRV01\Daten\...)? Can you also send me that selected EPS file?
