gsownsby
Build 922 / Windows 8 / Windows 7 for Daminion Server / Synology DS-1812+ / DLink DNS-323 NAS / 1GB Local Network For the past couple of days, I've been amazed with Build 922. It's performance is fantastic and may be its my imagination but even the thumbnails appear sharper. Even better, the problem with thumbnails disappearing (documented in other forum posts) has gone away. My original photos are stored on my Synology server or other NAS devices like my DLink DNS-323's and all can be located so quickly. In writing a Christmas letter to a relative far away, it was great to be able to locate various photos of our family so fast and put them into my letter. For the recipient, an lady in her mid-80's, photos mean the world to her as she hasn't seen most of her East Coast family for 30 years. Daminion made getting the photos easy and spiced up my letter. Great work!

Russell
Hi Murat and the Damionion Team, I just want to echo what Gary has said. As you're aware, I've been trying to fall in love with Daminion for almost a year now - and it just never was there for me. I kept going back to a horrible combination of several other pieces of software to try to get my workflow right. I'm very pleased with the version I'm running now - 2.5 (932). I just recommended this to a friend, finally, now that I feel I can do so. Incredible work guys, it's been a rough road getting here - but it's becoming an incredible product. I am becoming confident that I can soon recommend this to everyone I know. Thank you so much for your hard work, listening ears, and rapid responses. Sincerely, Russell
