franky68
When tagging images it can easily happen that I drag them onto the wrong keyword (when I am tired, distracted, sloppy whatever). Now it would be great if I could undo the last tag assignment after I noticed I released the mouse button in the wrong moment.
pgrondin
If you still have the photos selected, there are two ways to do this: A) Right click on the tag and "Remove (tag) from selected photos" B) Use the Properties window delete tag feature. Alternatively, you need to re-select the offending photos, and proceed as above.
franky68
Hello Peter and thanks. Yes, that would work while the images are still selected. I didn't think of this. But I think it would be more logical (since I/we are used from other applications) to have a dedicated undo button/menu. Also this would help when the selection is already lost. Re-selecting might not always be easy with handpicked selections.
pgrondin
Agreed, an Undo button for tag assignments is the best solution. I notice there is an undo available for the Properties panel remove tag function. It comes up after you delete a tag. It should obviously be available for assignments as well.
