Program crash, can't open catalogue

In my effort to testing and started using Daminion I have run into a problem: The program became unresponsive and was forcibly shut down.

 

Now it is impossible to reopen the catalogue.

This was just a test catalogue that I had only some 3000 images in. It is easy to recreate. But what if this would happen in a "live" catalogue? Hopefully there is some way to repair?
