problems with cropped DNG files

Hello,

 

I have a lot of slide scans, which reside in my image library as DNG files.

The scans are of image type "square" in the Daminion properties. When I crop the black "slide" frames of the DNG file with Adobe camera raw to cut away the black slide border (this leads to a portrait or landscape rectengular format), the image thumbnail in Daminion looks ok (properly cropped) but in the fullscreen view the dimensions are not ok: the images look distorded, nearly square but not like the cropped format.

With other image viewers the cropped DNGs look ok.

 

Is this a known problem and will this bug be fixed ? ... soon please ?
