Corrupted data

I just updated to newest version of Daminion client and server. And now allmost all my images are show as corrupted data, the file.xxx is offline or missing.

Are you files existed on their locations? What do you see when click Item > Locate In Explorer?

The most probably that your Daminion Server was launched under a local system after upgrading and now it doesn't have sufficient access rights to your files (if they are located on shared locations).

Could you please let me know whether your Daminion Server was launched under LocalSystem? You can check this from the Admin Panel.

If it's true, please launch the Services window, locate the Daminion Server service, right click, navigate to the Properties menu. Then switch to the "Log On As" tab and enter a powerful user credentials who has access rights to your remote locations. This can be your local or domain administrator.

Let me know then if all is Ok.

Can you try the same (Locate On Explorer) from the Daminion Client installed on your server computer?

Please also try to select an image with offline thumbnail and then launch "Item > Refresh Thumbnail" command.

Please also send us a screenshot to better understand the issue to support at daminion.net.
