Russell
Hi Murat, I'm disappointed to notice that Damionion doesn't persistently store error logs. Daminion crashes so often for me that it's ridiculous and I'm sure the logs would help you, but when I go to the log folder it only keeps a single, current log. To improve your product, you really should collect more logs and make it easy for your users - and this one is easy. :-) Incase others want to assist you with their logs, I use a freeware that will monitor the log folder for changes and save them to a "backup folder". It's called AutoVer and available here: http://www.beanland.net.au/AutoVer/ Hope that helps, Russell
Murat
Thanks for the suggestion. To enable writing logs for Daminion Standalone version you need to launch it with -log_enable parameter. While Daminion Server is already writes info into the logs. Logs can be located: for Daminion Server: by Admin Panel > Help > Show Logs for Standalone Daminion: Help > Open Folder with Program Settings Only Server and MediaProcessing events are written into the logs. You can find any client UI based info in the logs. Please send us any bug-report messages when you'll see them again in the future. BTW what Daminion version do you use?
